After all it was just a bad call by thestreet.com analyst. Glad to hear from a number of sources that the Pre is still coming to Verizon Wirelesss. Maybe I was just too emotional after reading the reported rumor

Best Buy Leaks Palm Pre Inventory Numbers For Some Stores

If your planning on running out to Best Buy the morning the Pre is released to try and snag one you probably want to check out the leaked inventory screenshots below which are apparently legit. According to the screenshots (and to my surprise) some Best Buy locations are receiving 40 or more units while other locations are only receiving a handful
